[求救] 網頁無法連線白底紅字

已在板上爬文,好像是坪寬超出的問題,我是在外租房子的網路

有詢問房東是不是有設定超出頻寬鎖定之類,其他住戶也沒有問題

網路連線顯示正常 有時出現驚嘆號 有時沒有 想請問下這是中毒還是該怎們處理呢?

因房東是60歲的太太 這棟也沒有網管之類的 請求大大開示
