從paper上看到一段，將bacterial mating後的菌液離心，pellet以medium懸浮後
spotted on 0.45μm nitrocellulose filter並放在ager plate上培養
一天後再recovery from filter至液態medium
最後再塗在selective medium上
請問先養在filter上是什麼原因？
