[-Fx-] 請問有些圖片會顯示不出來的狀況……

不確定是因為哪些套件引起的，某些圖會顯示不出來，例如
https://www.mobile01.com/topicdetail.php?f=130&t=636112&p=9
會顯示成 http://img301.imageshack.us/img301/1971/20090103104707cfc0.png
對圖查看屬性，在網址的地方變成 data:image/gif,GIF開頭的一串怪東西，
如圖 http://img165.imageshack.us/img165/9125/20090103104906ox3.png

請問這是哪個套件造成的？
我關掉過 text to image 了，不是…
但我好像沒其他和圖像處理相關的套件了… 囧|||
