This is a release candidate for 10.60 final on Windows, Mac and
Linux/FreeBSD.

Remember to keep comments brief and to the point, but still descriptive and
relevant. Try to avoid repeating things you have reported in the past, and
allow other people's feedback to be heard as well. What we are mainly looking
for is major new issues that we may not be aware of, such as recent (within
the last few snapshots) regressions.
