Hi,

Today we will ship the first of many changes for Speed Dial that is targeted
for the upcoming Barracuda release. It will however be delivered in separate
pieces before you will see the entire puzzle laid out.

        嗨，今天我們為各位帶來第一個著重在快速撥號創新修改的版本，這也是
        即將釋出的梭魚版的目標。在你看到最終的完整版之前，你只能從局部的
        地方來一窺這項創新。

Opera's Speed Dial was first introduced in an Opera 9.20 snapshot on Feb 28th
2007. The idea came about as we observed that people kept typing the same
addresses for a few of their favourite websites again and again. Getting to
their top web sites could mean hundreds or thousands of clicks on the
keyboard in a single day. The solution we came up with was very simple, but
very powerful. And today it's still one of the most loved, and copied,
features in Opera.

        Opera的快速撥號在2007年2月28日的Opera 9.20版Snapshot時，第一次公
        開亮相。這項創新的點子是根據我們對使用者的觀察，發現他們總是不斷
        地重複著輸入那些他們最常瀏覽的網站網址。使用者可能為了那些他們最
        喜歡的網站，在一天之內敲打了無數次的鍵盤。對此，我們提供的解決方
        法非常簡單卻又非常實用。就算到了今天，這項功能仍是大家最喜歡的，
        也是被模仿最多的Opera功能。


But now it's time to move Speed Dial to the next level. We are going to make
Speed Dial more fluid, dynamic and easier to use! What is included in this
snapshot is the new flow layout. Please remember this is just a first peek at
the changes we are making. Many very smart and innovative solutions are on
the way. So stay tuned!

        但現在是讓快速撥號更上一層樓的時刻了。我們打算讓快速撥號更加靈活、
        動態和更容易使用！這次的Snapshot將為大家帶來新的流動式設計。請這僅

Also being introduced in this snapshot is the first stage of improvements to
discover more of the features of Opera. Don't worry, there won't be any
pop-up bubbles or constant nagging. Instead we are going to have subtle
animations and messages to remind you of features you can use in Opera.

        同樣值得注意的是這個Snapshot是改良的第一步以便探索更多Opera的功能。
        別擔心，不會有任何的彈出泡泡或惱人的訊息。反之，我們會用一些微妙的
        的動畫效果和訊息來提醒你可以使用的Opera功能。

Speed Dial synchronization is disabled for now（快速撥號同步暫時停用）
Address bar not focused when starting Opera with extensions
Tabs opened by extensions open to the left instead of the right
Using the Content Blocker while logged in to Opera Link can cause a crash

這個「創新式」的功能沒有意外的又一次引來了不少的使用者批評（或許大家會發
現上次 Tab Stacking 的問題好像還沒有一個完美的結局）。當然了，這樣一個不
完整的功能（DT已經說了，這個Snapshot只是第一步）引來大家的一陣撻伐也不足
為奇。

平心而論，新的快速撥號給我更華麗的感覺，畢竟整個預覽圖都變得很大、很清晰
，但同樣不可否認的是「可捲動式」的快速撥號讓使用者在操作起來感覺一點都不
「快」速撥號。

相比起單一的快速撥號，我認為如可以讓使用者選擇會是更好做法。譬如我就有三
個不同想法的快速撥號型態。

        經典：類似過往的快速撥號
        側邊欄：模仿側邊欄，左邊是一個個的標題，點下去後右邊會出現一個
                比較大的預覽圖，點兩下標題或點選預覽圖就直接開啟。

        創新式：使用者可以自訂不同分類的，譬如［新聞］、［體育］...
                這些自訂的分類會顯示在快速撥號上，點選該分類會出現
                該分類底下的快速撥號。其實就是簡單的在經典的快速撥號上
                新增一個分類的功能而已。

可能因為都是我自己的想法，側邊欄和創新式的快速撥號我都覺得很可行也很好用
不知道各位覺得如何？

好吧，這確實還不是一個足夠完美的最終型態，無論你是否喜歡或你恨之入骨，請
毫無保留的展現你的意見（當然是在DT的部落格）。請記得Snapshot就是生米還沒
煮成熟飯的時候，水到渠成之日，你想表達意見的話，DT會告訴你：下次請早。

Snapshot就是測試，甚麼鬼狀況都有可能發生。人人都有表達的自己意見的權利，
「開婊無罪、幹礁有理」但一切得有禮貌。這是經過幾次DT大膽創新發表的過程讓
我學會的道理，批評的人沒錯，但大家都得在合理的討論範圍內。
