我之前好像是第10版(dev)也會無法正常更新
後來移除「乾淨」重裝後，到目前都正常更新了好幾次
1.開啟chrome，按ctrl+shift+del，清除瀏覽紀錄
2.開啟頁面 about:net-internals
data右邊 -> delete all
dns -> clear host cache
3.移除chrome
4.刪除 C:\Users\*****\AppData\Local\Google 資料夾
5.使用ccleaner清理一次(跟chrome有關的選項全勾)、登錄檔也清理一次

6.看你還有沒有想到什麼跟chrome有關的，都清乾淨！！！(我記得的就只有上述那些)
7.安裝chrome dev

8.到 chrome://plugins/ 把非必要的plugins都關掉 (這步應該是非必要)
我是都關了，只留下 flash, java, google update 這三個
試試看吧，重點應該就是「清除乾淨」
