標題[文法] seem的用法

請問
We seem to have run out of gas early this month .
和We seem run out of gas early this month .
這兩句翻譯有何不同?
剛去看文法書,S + seem to + have + p.p是指主詞S的所在時態和p.p所在時態
不同.
可是又覺得上面兩句翻成中文好像又一樣,所以想問一下是否有其他
的寫法或翻譯方式
