推 Kavana: 因為這段只有提到the falk wheel, 但沒提到世上其他boat 02/11 22:32

最近在準備考雅思刷真題，劍橋真題第11冊的test 1 reading passage 2的17題有問題。
題目是
The Falk Wheel is the only boat lift in the world which has steel sections bolted together by hand.
答案是no given
精解寫說在第4段最後，
over 45,000 bolt holes were matched with their bolts, and each bolt was hand-tightened.
說明題目後半段是對的，但未提及是不是 the only boat lift.
所以答案是no given.
可是這篇文章的第一句
The Falk Wheel in Scotland is the wold's first and only rotating boat lift.
不是已經說它是世界上唯一的嗎？
為什麼不是true?
