請他回答所謂其他使用類似BIOS的MB廠是那幾家？是那幾個型號？版序多少？
好方便美國及歐盟司法人員入廠進行搜證及監聽相關人員的往來通信內容。
由這所言顯示，在早期與Vista 無關及近期因消費者大規模反Vista 改裝XP潮流期所
出廠的MB換裝沒太大問題。
既然隨時都能有Patch 可用，鴻海也早早可自己修改，為什麼不進行？是顧忌甚私下
不法協定？
另外，各公司可別想私下偷偷銷毀證據，美國與歐盟的司法人員可不是台灣的司法人
員，銷毀犯罪證據是有罪的，如果有律師參與其中，他的律師執照是會被吊銷且不得
上訴。就算主要犯罪地點是在PRC 境內，也可透過司法互助協定入廠搜查，況且本案
涉及多國的犯罪嫌疑案，極可能也觸犯PRC 的法律。
