我先生被公司外派到美國
我以眷屬身份 跟他同樣拿E-1簽証過來
剛剛線上填完I-765了
最後有跑出pdf檔 裡面有receipt number
不過問題來了
(有打過電話去USCIS 但他們的語音服務一直沒接收到我按的鍵 導致我一直被掛電話)
1.我用該number去查詢申請狀態 查無資料
是因為我在申請畫面的最後IE當掉強迫重開機 所以有其他步驟沒做到嗎?
還是我必須要把其他證明文件寄出才算申請開始呢?
2.我必須要證明我是E-1主申請人的配偶
不過我手邊只有我先生英文戶籍謄本的"影本"
這對USCIS來說會是有效的証明嗎?
3.跑出來的PDF檔有四頁
前兩頁長一樣 都是confirmation reseipt 三四頁是填完的申請表
我原本以為這四頁連同我的證明文件和照片一起寄出
但後來發現他PDF檔裡有一段話如下 表示我只要寄出PDF中的第一頁就好了嗎??

supporting documentation that you are submitting.
DO keep the extra copy of the Confirmation Receipt and the copy of the
application for your records.
