大家好，小弟代朋友發問有關台積電南科AI職缺問題

職缺資訊如下：
職務名稱: IT DevOps Engineer
工作地點: 南科
職務說明:
1. Develop and Operate the full automation systems
   (industry 4.0) running in advanced 300mm FABs
   to manufacture the most powerful chip for the
   worldwide hi-tech companies
2. Design and manage the high availability and high
   performance IT systems to realize non-stop FAB
   operation
3. Engage with FAB users to develop high value
   requirements and solutions to conquer the challenges
   about manufacturing, yield and tool/people
   productivity improvement

朋友想請問這個職缺所在環境風氣如何?
以及工作本身是否有輪班、每日平均工作時數等
另外是薪資福利部分。
