最近因做報告的需要看不懂病歷的意思想來版上求解

主訴
vaginal bleeding, spoting
worry about Toxoplasmosis infection
G3P2A0, all were C/Ss
LMP: 24th May, 14
EDC: olst March, 15
O:
PE: GA(general appearance): MD(moderated development)&
MN(moderated nourishment)
Abdomen: soft
PV: Cervix: purple color change, whitish discharge
Vagina: whitish discharge
USG: GS(+) 2.23cm
no fetal echo
可以麻煩版大們幫忙解釋紅底的部分是什麼意思嗎？
