I always use the head-hunter company to do the career development plan.

很高興能加入這邊，成為這裡的一份子。
剛好現在在年假中，能夠上網看BBS，真是莫大的享受。
這台電腦可以用中文打字，比較方便上BBS回文
我一直都在逛NBA版啦 ，偶然發現這個版，發現人比較少，所以灌灌水囉～
我是純商學的背景出身，會投入這個產業，當然是自己的興趣。
RD研發出來的東西，也要有人能把他行銷出去，產業的價值練才算完整。
我在JNJ和BSX都是做醫學用醫療器材的行銷業務工作，所以也算是跟生技沾上一點邊啦 ^_^
台灣的生技產業需要各種不同的背景人力加入，彌補產業上，中，下游的各種需求與供給
。
產業的進步與改善才能生生不息。
法規與專利權，行銷與業務，資訊整合與科技應用，甚至到資金與財務操作，人力資源管
理。
每個產業都需要不同背景的人加入，這個產業才會有未來可言。
版上蠻多人應該都是從事研究工作的吧。
我的專業，說白話一點就是：
RD把東西弄出來後，我負責把東西賣出去，然後有更多資源讓RD持續開發新東西。
這樣的不斷循環，才能確保我們大家不會餓肚子。^_^
生技產業事實上是一個非常古老，存在很久的產業，像JNJ或BSX就是老牌子的公司了。
世界上很多公司在很久以前，就已經不斷的從事各方面的經營活動了。
近幾年會比較熱門，我覺得最根本主因有：
a.)全球利率降低，資金需要投資去處，所以不斷炒熱市場熱度。
b.)資訊科技的突飛猛進，使得研發與臨床試驗過程縮短。
c.)全球人口老化問題，健康與醫療保健需求。
d.)地球資源逐漸短缺，等等。
所以近幾年比較熱門的話題，或有錢景的項目，大抵都跟上述有關（其實都跟第一項最有
關）。
台灣是個很喜歡跟著潮流走的地方，所以生技會熱門，可說是理所當然的。
當然，不排除熱度過了後，又有另一個產業取代大家的目光囉。
生技產業，適合真正對生技產業有興趣的人持續投入，才有發展。
否則，隨波逐流是種很累的職涯發展。
當然，從事任何產業或任何職務的人，都是一樣的！！
我踏入這行還不算非常久，希望以後能跟大家多多交流與請益。^_^
