[字辨] 請問這幾句的意思....

She stole my jewels from under my very nose.

他當著我的面偷走我的首飾. from和very兩字是？

The bus nosed out into the line of traffic.
              ^^^
The ship was out at sea 這兩句的out是表何意？
             ^^^

以上兩句為什要加of呢？
又請問第二句該如何翻... 還真看不懂 非常感謝！

→ cooljeans:"在某某人面前"的意思
推 cooljeans:第2句的意思應該接近"bus在車流中緩緩向前消失"
→ cooljeans:第3句...船在大海中消失了,也就是離開視線了
推 cooljeans:我們對於高階主管如何提升產量都很有興趣
→ cooljeans:我們知道,假如某人改變他的位置相對於另一個人
→ cooljeans:這種位置上的改變代表機械運動(位移??)
→ cooljeans:第一個of如果不要,要用interesting,第2個of代表position
