The answers were rated from 1, with the statement "not important",
to 5, with the statement "very important".
↑我的原句是這樣
教授說不行，要把1~5的程度全寫出來
可是這樣我腦筋就轉不過來了。

那如果改成下面這樣可以嗎？
我總覺得好像句子重複的有點奇怪，
我對數字後面的逗點使用是否算正確比較疑惑。

3, with the statement "important",
4, with the statement "very important",
to 5, with the statement "extremely important".

→ dale:也有他的考量，所以用表格或條例式比較好，不要寫成
