[ife (what)]

很疑惑以下的句子

There are five rooms. There is one living room,

one kitchen and one bathroom. There are two

bedrooms,too.

為什麼There is 後面可以接不只一個東西

那請問可以寫

There is one hotel on Green Road.

There is one supermarket and one church on Green Road.
