bitcomet只剩上傳，下載全無解決方法參考
1. 把bitcomet安裝目錄下的資料夾 torrent和 download留下，其餘
檔案、資料夾全刪
2. 重裝bitcomet
2.5 把資料夾 torrent更名為temp
3. 重新把資料夾temp 中的*.torrent和資料夾download比對
要繼續抓的download 就去資料夾temp 找相對應的torrent執行
4. 再把資料夾temp刪除
