最近在灌peerguardian時，P2P的名單下載都沒辦法匯到list裡面
總是出現下面的字
peerguardian is unable to load the list at:
http://peerguardian.sourceforge.net/lists/p2p.php
this could be due to an invalid/unrecognized format, or courruption when
downloading.
class utf8_error
utf-8 not convertable to utf-16
重灌好幾次都無法...

近日也為此所苦，至官方網站也未能查出什麼原因，
但在官方的討論區裡，已有不少人出現類似情況！
原因大致是PHOENIXLABS的Server出了些問題，
以致於無法正確下載P2P list，用戶端重裝軟體是無解的！
可下載以下清單，手動加入用戶端的lists，
這份清單與P2P是完全相同的！

延伸請個問題
我的pg2在驢子沒打開前
在程式的畫面裡會一直跳ip出來(剛安裝時不會)
感覺有點怪
另外在安裝目錄裡發現有個1G多的history.db檔，頗佔空間
感謝回復囉

是否您只單純安裝PG2，並未作任何設定更動？
程式預設值：顯示並紀錄 Allowed & Blocked Connections，
所以即使您未開啟P2P程式，上網的所有連線IP皆會紀錄，
相當於一個簡易防火牆的功能。
雖然封鎖與連線的紀錄，只是些純文字與IP，
但長期下來也會相當肥大！建議作以下設定：
開啟程式畫面後，選擇 Settings
1. Log Windows 類目下，將 Show allowed connections 設定取消
2. History 類目下，將 Log allowed connections 設定取消
3. Log allowed connections 右方的下拉式選單選取 Remove
右方 Every 0 Days (設定您欲移除紀錄的週期，若無特定需求請選1，每日刪除)
按下 Settings 畫面右下方的 Next -> (前往下個設定頁面)
第二個頁面的設定值因個人需求而異，
例如：是否開機自動啟動程式..等，請自行調整。
至於目前已累積的紀錄檔，可在 Protection 頁面下，
選取 Clear Log，可手動清除目前已累積的紀錄檔。
另外亦建議設定 HTTP is Allowed，允許列表內IP的 HTTP 連線。
