我寫信去問了 以下是他們的回覆 Dear customer, You have two options to purchase/book tickets in advance: 1. Tiknet (ticket sales system on-line) at RENFE’s main page: http://www.renfe.es/ - "TIKNET Compra de billetes".To use TIKNET you need to register as a customer.To do so, follow the instructions that the system gives you. Please. try to register as a customer in the first option: "Ticket Sales" instead of "Ticket booking"and the system will alow you to enter your passport number with any letters and a maximun of 8 numbers in the ID field. The reason is that field "N.I.F." in the "Ticket Booking" options is an identification only for spanish people. Then you can made a reservation with the customer code the system give you in the option: "Ticket Booking" . Ticket Collection: The onwer of the credit card, with the credit card, the identificacion ID or passport and the Localizer need to collect this tickets in a Main Station in Spain one hour before the departure of the train. 2. Telephone booking, calling: 902.24.02.02 (Booking and Information Service).
