1976簡介：

不矯情不憤怒，不憂鬱不殘酷，他們的創作總是灑落
著青春的氣息，瀰漫著英倫80年代新浪潮與後龐克音
樂的風格；聽他們的歌，會讓人不經意想起蔚藍色的
青春歲月，以及陽光燦爛的炎炎夏天。

1996年夏天成立的「1976」，由主唱阿凱、吉他手大
麻、鼓手大師兄和貝斯手子喬組成。歷經12年的堅持
與努力，他們已成為台灣流行音樂領域的經典樂團。
先後發行的音樂專輯屢獲媒體好評，其中《方向感》
和《愛的鼓勵》，都是當年台灣《中時娛樂周報》的
年度10大華語專輯。

2008年，他們推出了最新專輯《這個星球》*，這是他
們以成熟又年輕的心態，繼續延續他們少年時期純真
的夢想，再次創作出熱情奔放的新樂章。

*應是《1976這個星球》。

They're not angry, they're not even angsty. When
this Taiwanese rock band of four rips into its sets
onstage, what audiences get it jangly, head-bopping
pop-rock with post-punk and 80s New Wave overtones,
a little bit of grunge, a trace of The Ramones, The
Smiths, New Order and The Cure, and plenty of summery,
youthful exuberance.

Lead singer A-Kai, guitarist Ta Ma, bassist Tsi Chiao
and drummer Big Brother were playing in the indie pub
circuit with other bands even before they got together
as 1976. Since then, the band has attained cult status
with legions of young Taiwanese lapping up its infectious
music and lyrics about modern youth, Taipei city life,
young love and 20-something dreams.
