他主要就是一個人道救援的組織，根據網頁的簡介，目的是對抗貧窮的。
CARE is a leading humanitarian organization fighting global poverty.
We place special focus on working alongside poor women because,
equipped with the proper resources, women have the power to help whole
families and entire communities escape poverty. Women are at the heart
of CARE's community-based efforts to improve basic education, prevent
the spread of HIV, increase access to clean water and sanitation,
expand economic opportunity and protect natural resources.
CARE also delivers emergency aid to survivors of war and natural disasters,
and helps people rebuild their lives.
CARE是對抗全球貧窮的領導的人道組織。他們重心放在貧窮的女人的工作上面。
因為他們認為在擁有適當的資源時，女性有力量可以幫助整個家族以及整個社區
脫離貧窮。女性就是CARE的核心，最基礎工作就是改善基礎教育、防止 HIV的散
