We believe there is a need for young leaders to be engaged in finding agriculturally sustainable solutions to the growing global need for safe, nutritious food. In August 2013, 120 young leaders, ages 18-25, from around the world will gather in Calgary, Canada to find solutions to these issues as the global population approaches 9,000,000,000 people.
Through the Feeding a Hungry Planet - Youth Ag-Summit, we hope to attract, inspire and support youth to make a difference. The Summit program will include keynote speakers, group discussions and collaborations, educational tours and celebrations.
Delegates will be tasked with identifying actionable agriculturally sustainable solutions to feeding a growing world.
Join us to celebrate the future of agriculture, the potential of youth, and a community of perseverance as 4-H Canada turns 100 years old. Bayer is proud to support 4-H and agriculture globally as it also celebrates 150 years of innovation.
