AIESEC in Belgium is opening an EXCHANGE CEED opportunity from JANUARY 2007 -
March 2008. We are looking for someone with previous experience in exchange
(especially OGX) and implementation of
X-through projects!
The CEED will be centered around exchange development with a strong focus on
diversification of results

Objectives:
- Increase results coming from DT, ET and TT Pools
- Increase exchange through projects
- Increase results coming from Outgoing Exchange
How to reach these objectives?
- Market research for EPs and TNs in different X-pools!
- Education to LCs on how to diversify their results!
- Creation of Recruitment materials for OGX targeted to specific pools and
projects!
- Research and networking with other countries to identify possible
partnerships to realize exchange through projects!
Extra tasks:
- Servicing of Global Exchange Partners
- Reception and integration of Interns and EPs into the LC
