DELEGATE FEE(LOCAL DELEGATE): SGD 120
DEADLINE OF APPLICATION: 18th March 2008(Saturday 11:59p.m.)

A deposit of SGD 50 is required.
Please transfer the money via e-banking/atm transfer to Yong Zi Ling
(VP Financeof EVOLVE). The bank account no. will be 537132938001(OCBC Bank)
. Do note that you have to send her an email once you transfer the money.
Please SAVE the transaction receipt once the transaction is successful.
Send her an email to notify her and include the following details :
- date of transaction
- transaction number
- attach a copy of the transaction receipt (e-receipt)
This is so that she can send you the electronic receipt and also do
keep the receipt and bring it along to the actual conference.
