Business development CEED (Summer CEED)
Job Description:
Helps to pack the products and create business
expansion plan (Esp. based on LC programs: CSR,
HIV/AIDs, ESD, Entrepreneurship)
Responsible of market research and testing
Contributes ideas and implements the ideas with
provided resources
Gain expertise knowledge in specific markets and
educates the LC members
Measurable results: No. of effective company
visits per week; No. of partners generated; The
effects of the business expansion plan
Requirements:
Duration: 1.5-3 months, starting in July.
Preferably LC VPs or above
Experience in exchange is preferred
Marketing skills, presentations/documentation
skills
Strong business sense
Passion about being a pioneer
Interested in being an entrepreneur is preferred
Supports:
Accommodation is provided
All the related materials will be sent at the
very beginning
A group of people will be working together
CEED meeting will be thrown every week in the
month with VP ER(External relations) and LC EB
team
Other supports related to sales
Talent Management CEED (ASAP)
Job Description:
Helps with the goal setting, review and
evaluation of LC members
Designs learning products and implement among
members
Collects external resources and utilize in the
programs
Helps with organizing LC meeting
Organize LC learning circles and other type of
trainings
Helps with managing trainee-buddy program
Requirements:
Duration: 1-3 months, starting ASAP
Preferably OCP/LC VPs or above
Experience in HR management is preferred
Great AIESEC understanding,
facilitating/presentations/documentation skills
Passion about learning and development
Interested in working in leadership development
and learning is preferred
Supports:
Accommodation is provided

very beginning
A group of people will be working together
Participation in LC management and EB meeting
Other supports related to member development
