Hello everyone, AIESEC in Romania is proud to announce the opening of
Delegation Applications for the International Train the Trainers 2009.
International Train the Trainers is the training conference which creates a
network of trainers in AIESEC worldwide and wants to become one of the TOP 3
training conference in Eastern Europe. Our conference is designed and
delivered on two tracks, BASIC and ADVANCED. The Conference team will deliver
the knowledge required for you to become a trainer, on the basic track and
the knowledge for you to become a better trainer, on the advanced track.. As
a delegate you require for:
1.BASIC
Minimum 6 months AIESEC experience;
Time and motivation for one more year of AIESEC experience
Induction track attended (required)
Time availability and passion for trainer’s skills development in the next
year
Excellent English knowledge
Strong commitment to take an active role in the learning of others
Good understanding of the elements of the Learning Environment in AIESEC
2.ADVANCED
Attendance of a TTT (required) Basic and a TTF (preferred)
Min 1 year AIESEC experience Time and motivation for one more year AIESEC
experience
Current or past leadership experience (preferred) LDS track attended
(preferred)
Induction track attended (required) Time availability and passion for trainer
’s skills development and strategic training planning, implementation and
evaluation in the next year
Excellent English knowledge
Strong commitment to take an active role in the learning of others
Good understanding and experience of the elements with the elements of the
Learning Environment in AIESEC
International Train the Trainers 2009 will take place in Sinaia (100 km from
Bucharest) between 23rd of September and 27th of September 2009 The
conference team: NTT of AIESEC in Romania, Antonia from Foreground Romania,
Gabriel Radu a former member of the NTT and currently a professional trainer
and other soon to be announced. The conference fee is around 60 Euro. There
is also a cancellation fee of 20 Euro
The DDL for the application forms is 15th of September 2009, 23:59 (Bucharest
Time). <clock here>
Successful applicants will be notified by latest 17th of September. If you
are interested in the conference but can not meet the deadline please let us
know.
