It goes without saying that people are usually eager to have a healthy
body, so most people employ all sorts of means to learn the related knowledge
from books, magazinem and television programs in order to keeptheir bodies hea
-lthy. In my points of view, I think that drinking adequate water, eating
fruit, having sufficient sleep are essential ingredients to make people main
-tain good health.
First of all, drinking adequate water is very beneficial to people. If
people don't supply their body with water in good time, they may be dehydrated.
In addition, if the toic is stored in our bodies and can't be drained out with
water from our internals, it will do serious damage to our bodies.
Second, it is reported that fruit has all kinds of nutrition, such as
vitamin, iron, and fiber. The nutrition is so healthful that it enhances our
abilities and protects our bodies from getting some diseases.
Third, it is important that people have enough time to sleep so as to
recover their stamina to face their daily work. With the accumulation of
stress from work in a whole day, people should have a complete rest to relax
themselves.
To sum up, seeing that adequate waterm fresh fruit and sufficient sleep
not only can make us have healthy bodies, but also can create a delightful and
hopeful life for us, I strictly abide by these routines in my life in the hope
that I may have a good health.
