Best women's match:  最佳女子比賽

Clijsters' semifinal vs. Venus Williams was highly intense. Williams imploded
in a second-set tiebreak, and Clijsters seized the momentum in the third with
an outstanding lob. Will Williams ever end her drought at non-grass majors?

這段在提KIM跟大威的四強賽 (blah blah blah) 很精采

But Samantha Stosur and Elena Dementieva outdid the pair.

不過...Sam跟戴娃的那場比她們更精采

Stosur rallied from a 3-0, third-set deficit and saved four match points to
prevail in two hours, 38 minutes. Ending at 1:35 a.m. at Arthur Ashe Stadium,
it was the latest finish for a women's match in US Open history.

在這場長達2小時38分的比賽中 第三盤 Stosur在3-0落後的情況下一路追趕 救了四個賽末
點 最後贏得比賽 比賽結束時已經是凌晨1點35分 這場在Arthur Ashe球場舉行的比賽 也
成為美網有史以來最晚結束的女子賽事

"The atmosphere out there was just awesome," Stosur said.

Stosur表示:球場裡的氣氛實在太棒了!

雖然已經說過了 但還是再說一次:
恭喜Sam跟戴娃永留青史!
更重要的是...
她們留下的不是一場爛比賽 而是一場戲劇張力十足的比賽!

兩位作者覺得這次美網的女子比賽讓他們很失望 但是..但是...他們提到 他們倆個並沒有
看戴娃跟Sam那場(大家都在討論的)比賽 所以他們不知道那場比賽到底如何 然後底下網友
紛紛留言 例如"wow you guys; you missed the best match of dementiava & stossur
then complain!" 喂!你們兩個傢伙!你們錯過了戴娃跟Sam那場最棒的比賽還敢抱怨!

還好我沒有錯過:P (雖然第三盤有偷偷關掉不敢看)
