MKV的方法是這樣，不曉得mka可否如法泡製：

mkvtoolnix:
http://www.bunkus.org/videotools/mkvtoolnix/win32/mkvtoolnix-unicode-1.6.5.rar
Unrar, and then download this:
MkvExtractGUI:
http://corecodec.org/frs/?group_id=55
And unrar into the same directory as "mkvtoolnix".
Click on MKvExtractGUI, then when it runs, simply drag the .mkv onto the
screen of MKVextractGUI. Wait for info to be displayed on the screen. Choose
your output folder by clicking the "other path" button, then click the box on
the shit you want. You can extract the audio, video, everything..it's very
cool.
