我也是遇到這個問題。但是很奇怪的是用其他FLV Player就能放，且比較
在單位所下的Youtube 檔案大小，家中所抓的就是比較小，解析度也差很
多，而且家裡沒法抓下特定影片的mp4 檔。很懷疑是Youtube 新的player
已經對於某些地區採取封鎖下載措施，進行干擾，也已經發現某些影片被
鎖住聲音，或是限定地區觀看。
在kmplayer 論壇裡有不少人遇到類似無法撥放youtube的flv檔問題。

貼文上所提解決方式
Step 1是換裝新版kmplayer
Step 2 Go to Preferences (F2) -> Filter Control -> Splitter, and change FLV Splitter
to Gabest FLV Splitter.
Step 3 reset KMP configuration. Open KMP and then the preferences (F2). Find and click "Initialize All
Presets" (Initialisiere alle Presets). Click yes. (Should have the same
affect as deleting the registry-key.)
