會計的定義是什麼？我之前就有寫了：
「什麼是會計？基本上，只要能夠以一定方法評量及呈現，以便用於決策
的資訊相關知識都可以算和會計有關。所以，某種程度上，會計學其實
是經濟學的一支（經濟學很大的一部分都在研究「如何決策」），會計
學的研究其實很像財務和經濟的研究。」
為什麼要強調一定方法？因為會計資料要有可比較性。
不喜歡這個定義？那我們另外找一個好了：

這個定義基本上偏財務會計，但它的確提到了一件事「系統性的」。
再看另一個定義，這次我們找管理會計的：

請注意"process"這個字。程序是什麼？請自己查字典。

V大說，BSC不算會計，只能算一種應用。請問：BSC到底符不符合上面的
管理會計的定義？符合。定義寫得清清楚楚，你硬要說它不是我也懶得
和你辯。
小弟之前說BSC出現在成管會課本裡，所以它是會計。V大舉了迴歸分析
來反駁，說明出現在成管會課本裡的東西不一定是會計。小弟思慮不周
，沒有把整本課本記得一清二楚，甚感慚愧。不過，請問迴歸分析能叫
process嗎？不能，所以它不是會計。結束。
至於會計研究該有什麼能力，或者說會計系學生適不適合會計研究，我
只能說：沒有那個系特別有優勢，一切看自己的選擇和造化；數學能力
絕對是必要的，尤其是在這年頭的學術研究都愈來愈math-intensive的
情況下，要適應未來的研究環境只會要更多數學而已（只要想想這五六
十年來經濟學的發展趨勢，就可以類推會計研究的發展）。早點知道自
己缺什麼才能早點補強。
不相信？你可以不相信。不過當老美的博班大多都是這麼要求時，你最
好懷疑一下。當然，你也可以賭那些老美都是錯的而你是對的就是了。
