According to the new rule:
6. 2008年以前的警告判例不列入累計，僅採計2009年以後的判例。
Since 'Merica' had not got 2nd 'warning' yet,
the punishment of 'two-week-bucket' should be cancelled.
Whether this post violated the rules are still under
consideration and discussion.
