[問題] 請問這是給我con. offer嗎?

感覺上應該是, 但好像又沒明確說, 一直在講其他有的沒的.

原信第一段:

I processed your application today. I have recommended you be given an offer

for our MScEconomics/Economics(Finance) at Edinburgh which - if all documents

areauthenticated by admin - should be confirmed on the system by adminsoon.

It requires proof of successful completion of your degree (I donot need to

look again at your grades) - proof of this is a technicaladministrative

requirement of entry. It also requires a suitable Toefl/Ielts English score

so please do not forget about this (Visas are taking longer so please make

sure this certificate is with us soon)
