必須符合以下條件：
1. You must be a national of an EU country or the child of an EU national, and
2. You must have been ordinarily resident in the EEA for the 3 years before
the relevant date, and
3.the main purpose for the residence in the EEA must not have been to receive
full-time education during any part of the three year period.
