其實這個是不用教的
要教的是格式，這個網路上有
骨頭有了就是要補上肉...
而所謂的肉就是你的想法
現在就是靜下來想你去念了
1. 要做什麼研究
2. 這些研究的目標
3. 研究的細節需要做什麼
4. 我可以從研究中得到什麼
5. etc...
有梗怎麼寫都會破千破萬
