[請益] 請問有沒有人收過這種信？

我的博士論文寫完之後沒多久，就收到一個國外出版單位寄信來，
問我是否願意將論文交給他們出版。
但我覺得自己的論文是全中文，對外國人來說應該沒有出版的必要性，
所以覺得這個出版單位有點怪怪的。
第一次我不理他，一個月後又重寄了一封信來，只好上板來問問看。

想請問版上各位大德，是否有人也收過類似的邀請信，且怎麼看待的呢?

以下是信的內容：
