【Semi-final】
* Round 1a (2/17/09) : 12 of 36 singers perform. America Votes.
* Round 1b (2/18/09) : Top Male and Top Female move to Top 12 along with the
next Top vote getter (Male or Female). 3 Total Advance
* Round 2a (2/24/09) : 12 of 36 singers perform. America Votes.
* Round 2b (2/25/09) : Top Male and Top Female move to Top 12 along with the
next Top vote getter (Male or Female). 3 Total Advance
* Round 3a (3/03/09) : 12 of 36 singers perform. America Votes.
* Round 3b (3/04/09) : Top Male and Top Female move to Top 12 along with the
next Top vote getter (Male or Female). 3 Total Advance
* Round 4 (3/05/09) : Wild Card Show. 4th highest vote getter from rounds 1,2
and 3 get a chance to perform along with anyone else
the judges want. At the end of the show 3 more people
will be added to the Top 12.
所以前三輪每週第四高票可以進入外卡週 和其他評審指定的人一起比
最後選出三位外卡名額依舊是由"評審"選出
所以基本上評審會選你進入外卡週就有一定的愛了
如果表現的好反而更有機會再次獲得評審青睞進Top12
