James Durbin Sets November Release Date, Title For New Album

With the American Idol tour officially wrapped, season 10 contestant
James Durbin is getting down to the business of his album. Fans who
have been waiting patiently for more information will be glad to know
the set has not only a title but a release date as well.

Durbin has decided to name his new album Memories Of A Beautiful
Disaster. “[It] Means looking back on events in my life, to see the
beauty in the pain,” James said of the title on his official Twitter
account.

Memories Of A Beautiful Disaster will be released on November 21,
according to The Hollywood Reporter. The album will have some serious
competition as new albums by Rihanna, Daughtry and Taylor Swift all
arrive in stores and at online retailers the same day.

Although Memories Of A Beautiful Disaster does not have a first single
at the moment, James says that’s coming soon. “We had a really positive
meeting about picking a single last night. Y’all are gonna love it!”

Earlier this month, it was announced that James signed a recording
contract with Wind-Up Records. Wind-Up Records’ artist roster includes
Evanescence, Scott Stapp, Seether and Disney actress Emily Osment.
