The 2010 X Factor 10 Golden Rules:
01. No getting drunk
02. No sexual relationships between contestants
03. No leaving the house without permission
04. Lads and girls must stay apart overnight
05. No pornography in the house
06. Zero tolerance on damaging property
07. Zero tolerance on drug use
08. 24-hour-a-day security surveillance
09. No relationships with X Factor fans
10. No overnight stays for contestants' boyfriends or girlfriends during live
finals
