[請益] The given key was not present...?

因為智慧型手機摔壞了
無法使用Line
上網找到下載BlueStacks的辦法
但在筆電上要安裝時卻出現錯誤
"the given key was not present in the dictionary"
估狗也沒看到什麼解決方法
有高手知道是什麼問題嗎?
