Centerfielder, Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim (laangels.com)
Brought over from the Minnesota Twins with a 5-year, $90 million
contract, this 7-time Golden Glover has been recognized for his
philanthropic endeavors, winning Major League Baseball’s Marvin
Miller Man of the Year award last season. Hunter also founded the
Torii Hunter Project, a youth baseball initiative that increases
opportunities for young players, particularly in inner cities.
What he hopes to be doing in 10 years:
“I’d like to be spending more time with my family and doing TV
work as a baseball analyst.”
