這是我初步搜尋後 找到得一篇free 的review paper
裡面有一段:
In a recent phase I/II trial, the combination of erlotinib and bevacizumab
demonstrated very promising activity in the treatment of advanced NSCLC
pretreated with chemotherapy
其中erlotinib就是tarceva 而bevacizumab是avastin
但要注意這只是臨床試驗clinical trial, 而且到phase II而已
也就是說這種治療是好是壞尚未有明確的結果
(phase II大約是大略的估計此種治療是否有效的階段

再來是這篇paper是去年三月了 所以這個clinical trial
可能已有最新的進展 (正面或負面)
若要考慮單獨使用avastin或結合tarceva使用
都強烈建議先詢問過主治醫師的意見
