我試著翻一下

胃部切片發現腺癌(adenocarcinoma),組織型態為戒指狀細胞,合併潰瘍與幽門螺旋
菌感染

: up to 0.4 cm in length and fixed in formalin
切片組織為四片胃部組織,長度約0.4公分,並且用福馬林固定
: grossly, they showed brown grey color and rubbery in consistency.

巨觀下,組織呈現灰褐色......(下面不太會翻)
: microscopically, it shows signet-ring adenocarcinoma composed of lots
: signet-ring like neoplastic tissue with distended cytoplasm and compressed

顯微鏡下,病理屬於由許多似signet-ring的細胞形成的贅生組織
是signet-ring adenocarcinoma,細胞質腫脹且核濃縮,並被基質浸潤

: exudates and granulatin tissue.
: helicobacter bacilli infection are noted.

合併慢性潰瘍,壞死的(deoris不知道是啥?),與發炎性滲出液及肉芽組織
同時有螺旋菌感染(已做過giemsa染色確認螺旋菌存在)
XD 嘗試翻譯一下
餒有很多醫學專有名詞我也不知道如何用中文說明
病理學的不好XD
