五個月沒更新的官網終於有 DVD 的消息了！
十月十四日週二晚上將在全英的戲院同步首映一場，欲購票請至上列
官網。十一月三日發行，更多細節稍後宣布。
‘Arctic Monkeys at The Apollo’ – In Cinemas Tuesday 14th October
Arctic Monkeys are pleased to announce the one night only screening
on Tuesday 14th October of ‘Arctic Monkeys at The Apollo’, a 76
minute film of the last gig in the band’s acclaimed 2007 world
tour, shot at their Manchester Apollo show in December.
A Warp Films production (Dead Man’s Shoes, This is England, Scummy
Man and Leave Before the Lights Come On) is directed by Richard
Ayoade (regular Warp Films music video director and actor from
Garth Marenghi’s Darkplace, The Mighty Boosh and The I.T. Crowd),
captured exquisitely on film by name Director of Photography Danny
Cohen (This is England, Pierrepoint), this is a unique opportunity
to see a stunning piece of cinema as it was meant to be seen.
A selection of Vue and other independent cinemas in the UK will be
hosting the one night only screenings in High Definition with full
surround sound and will feature an exclusive, filmed introduction
by the band.
‘Arctic Monkeys At The Apollo’ will be released on DVD on November
the 3rd 2008, more details on how to purchase your copy will follow
soon.
