Gunners not too light in midfield, says Wenger

Arsene Wenger saw his Arsenal side hit back from 2-0 down to beat Ajax 3-2 in
the Amsterdam Tournament - and then insisted his side is not too light in the
centre of midfield.

Brazil teenager Denilson partnered Cesc Fabregas, who was playing his first
game since the Euro 2008 final, and Wenger was asked if he thought he had
enough options in midfield for when they take on FC twente in the final
Champions League qualifier next week.

"I don't know if our midfield was ideal, but it's certainly not far from the
midfield we'll play Wednesday night," he said.

當問到歐冠資格賽的中場選擇
"也許跟我們今晚的組合差不多"


"We missed Nasri and Diaby; Song is away at the Olympics - so we have plenty
of candidates there.

Emmanual Adebayor netted twice as Arsenal scored three times in the second
half to win, and Wenger said: "In the whole game we were always dangerous
going forward, but they took advantage of two lapses of concentration and
scored two fantastic goals.

"Some players are still a bit short physically, but I am not really concerned.
