Arsene Wenger feels his Arsenal forwards have a psychological barrier to
overcome, after yet another 0-0 draw.

Fulham frustrated Arsenal at The Emirates on Saturday in what was The Gunners
’ fourth successive 0-0 draw in the league.

Wenger paid tribute to Fulham for the way they approached the game, but
believes his strikers are suffering from a mental block.

“There are plenty of reasons, one of them is certainly psychological,” said
Wenger. “I think once it is a psychological problem it is very difficult to
assess what is tactical and what is technical.

"At the moment the more I speak about it the bigger I make the problem.”

Wenger has a number of key figures in the treatment room, but is refusing to
use that as an excuse.

He added: “I don’t feel that we should look at the solution in the injured
strikers because we had the same problems when the strikers were fit. We didn

”The good thing in football is that problems don’t last forever and at some

Arsenal are running out of games to claim fourth place, but it was a subject
Wenger did not want to discuss.

“I don’t want to speculate about that at the moment,” he said when asked
about the battle for fourth place. “Today’s result doesn’t help and it is
certainly a big blow for us.

”It was a big disappointment because 0-0 is a very disappointing result for
us. We are desperate to get the three points and in fairness the game was not
a 0-0 because we had chances on both sides.

因為我們是真的有機會

"I feel we had weaknesses defensively and offensively today but we continued
to fight.”

我覺得我們今天在防守和進攻上都像吃了瀉藥
不過我們還是繼續在戰鬥...
