ARSENE WENGER is ready to team up with a top Brazilian football academy.
The Arsenal boss is bidding to attract the best South American talent to the
Emirates for free.

Gunners staff are flying to Brazil next month to visit the Laranja Mecanica
academy.

這間足球學校是由三位荷蘭人創辦，Laranja Mecanica意指Orange Machine (橙色機器？)
Joint owner Arie Treffers said: "We've had extensive discussions with Wenger.
He is very enthusiastic."
對方其中一位創辦人Treffers表示跟教授已經廣泛的交流過，他非常有興趣。
Next season the Premier League is introducing rules stating clubs must
include eight home-grown players out of a first-team squad of 25.
下賽季英超將開始施行本土球員保護政策，也就是規定一線隊登錄的25人名單中，
至少要有8位符合自家青訓標準。
League chief executive Richard Scudamore said: "The definition of home-grown
is trained for three years under the age of 21 by somebody in the English and
Welsh professional system."
英超執行長Scudamore表示，自家青訓出產的定義是--"21歲以前，在England或Wales的
職業足球系統下，球員在該俱樂部至少接受3年以上的培養。"
