最近愈來愈多人在談論 Jack Cust, 一個又是 Beane 變出來的魔術?
我還在等看看會不會有什麼深入的報導出現, 同時看這股旋風能持續多久.

"I've been following Jack for a very long time and he hasn't had a great
opportunity to produce in a system. He is a big guy and doesn't play the field
too well. He doesn't make many errors (only 1 this season) but he isn't too
fast and has trouble cutting balls off in the gap and down the line. He has a
strong arm (led his team in assists last year I believe) but due to his lack of
mobility he is a typical DH. He was drafted by Arizona before being traded to
the Rockies so he never had a chance to DH. He was then moved to Baltimore and
in limited action did pretty well. They moved him to Oakland where he was stuck
behind some highly touted prospects before being moved to San Diego, another
lack of opportunity to DH. Since he has been with San Diego's AAA affiliate in
Portland he has produced incredible numbers. He has led the league in almost
every power category and has been really hot this year despite an 0-14 start."
