A's Designate Hicks, Miller For Assignment

The A's announced that they designated infielder Brandon Hicks and right-hander
Jim Miller for assignment.
They added Arnold Leon(AAA), Grant Green(AAA), Shane Peterson(AAA) and
Michael Ynoa(A) to the 40-man roster in related moves.
