小弟是七月才來澳洲，然後再Brisbane申請了CommonWealth的帳號。
上個禮拜，算算利息總是不對勁；
寫了封Enquiry，結果得到這個回函啦！

而且，還要我自己去分行搞清楚。

真是有夠無奈的....
我可以提出精神賠償嗎？
因為其實我之前有去分行問過，可是他們都說沒問題=_=
